I’ve had the pleasure of working with NPR twice now, illustrating these covers for their podcast How I Built This. I love the chance to do something purely illustration, work with an art director, and tie in aspects of the interviewee’s story & livelihoods. They feel somewhere between a puzzle and a storytelling challenge, and I get to try out something new each time.
